Artè Return & Refund Policy
Because every Artè cup is custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or refunds on personalized items unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved design preview.
• Non-custom / Blank items: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery in original condition.
• Customized items: We only accept returns for manufacturing defects (e.g., printing errors, cracks, leaks). You must contact us with photos within 7 days of receiving the item.
• Refunds (when approved) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Note: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot resell returned customized cups.
